Any return of goods requires prior agreement of the salesman and a number of return, while calling to the 0951940733 or while being connected on the site in the clients' account - SAV. The purchaser will receive by the means considered to be most convenient by the salesman an agreement of return. It is necessary for this occasion that the purchaser gives his precise co-ordinates and provides the designation of the element or the elements concerned, their job number, the noted breakdown and the number of invoice corresponding to the described parts. The purchaser has after obtaining of the agreement of return of a deadline 7 days to carry out the return of the defective goods the salesman. For the defective parts, the purchaser can obtain the standard exchange of his goods during the first month following the purchase - in the case of produced nonspecific and subject to availability in stock. The purchaser then forwards to the salesman the element or the elements which seem to him defective, without another accessory (cable, software annexes…). The return of the goods is carried out with the expenses of the salesman within 3 month after the date of order. This return is refunded on the basis of tariff return by Colissimo followed by the Post office, by good of purchase, valid 3 months as from its date of emission. Then, the expenses of return are the responsibility of the purchaser. At the time of the return, the purchaser will make appear mention “SAV”, the number of return which was communicated to him by the salesman, directly on the parcel and it will also provide a copy of the invoice. In the contrary case, the turned over parcel will be refused. In the absence of agreement, any returned goods will be held at the disposal of the purchaser to his expenses, risks and dangers, all handling, storage, transport charges being to the load of the purchaser.
